2. I live in Seattle...

and don't give a rats ass that he is coming to visit.

I dont know a single Democrat that gives a rats ass about John Kerry or believes his presidency will make any signifigant difference...

But hey, he's "electable" by a few more points than Dean or Edwards.

4. Groan. There is a school levy the same day.

It will be hard to do both. I vowed early on that I would not get a bad attitude about any candidate, because I will have to support someone eventually and he/she might not be my first choice. And I would like to go to this, but we have an election that day! (True - just four days short of the caucus. Great planning.)

7. I Took My Then Eighty Three Year Old Mother* To See A Gore Rally
In the Sweltering Orlando October heat....

I got to shake Al and Joe's hand ...

It was wonderful...

I returned the favor for her taking me to the front of a rope line to shake Bobby Kennedy's hand when he was running for senator of New York....

I was six...

5. Maybe he'll do a nice phallic photo op by the Space Needle
I love Seattle, but I'll pass on visiting it until the hot air finishes blowing through that fine city.

11. I'm sure they will both do very well. But I have a feeling
Kerry will have the better crowd, where ever he is when results come in tomorrow night.
