Question about Kerry
I know Kerry voted for the IWR
But can someone explain why he didn't vote to fund the troops fighting in Iraq?

Seems very odd to me.

2. Because..
Dean's anti-war message was resonating so strongy with Dem Primary voters, that Kerry felt he needed to do something to show he could stand up to Bush.

Cynical, I know, but I think it's the truth.

3. True
Kerry had do do something to look more like Dean. Too bad he chose to hurt the troops.

4. In fact, veteran Kerry was helping the troops get body armor

Nice trying to spin it the GOP way though.

6. The 87 billion was not for troops. Remember Rumsfeld said we didn't need
more troops.

BTW...you asked this question on another thread and it was answered. I did a search and saw it.

There is something about this question and the manner in which it was phrased which is indeed a Mile HI when compared with your other comments about socialists, Taxachusetts and government in general.
