Why is that we can have guys as diverse as this one

http://www.testerforsenate.com/

and this one

http://www.corybooker.com/main.cfm

as our young candidates/office holders, and can't get a !@#$%^! majority in Congress? Why can't we harness our diversity?

Of course, that word merely refers to a whole genre of voter disenfranchisement techniques as well as explicitly inferring vote/ballot/tally fraud (for both electronic voting machines as well as electronic vote card counters).
