Somebody needs to educate Wm Cohen about winning hearts and minds.
On The Situation Room he just said we were winning the battle of hearts and minds in many parts of the middle east. He was in the Clinton administration, and to see him go to the right of Rummy on this was disconcerting. Rummy gave us a D. Cohen said we were doing great.

Baloney, Cohen. Also wasn't he in Reagan and Bush administrations? Is he a Democrat at all?

6. I have seen CNN introduce him along with a Republican strategist.
Like he is a strategist for our side. Talk about misrepresenting.

5. He was the one that stabbed Wes Clark in the back.
He wanted to replace Clark as SACEUR and forced Clark's retirement. He was Clinton's attempt to bridge the gap with the military and show bi-partisanship.

7. Bill Cohen is a Pompous Republican Ass.....
and it is unfortunate that Bill Clinton, in defending is Foreign Policy creds (none) felt compeled to appoint a Republican as his Sec. of Defense...

That's 1/2 of why Clinton didn't go into Rwanda....cause he listened to the Republicans.....who care more about oil than about Human lives!
