3. Let us not forget that UT Austin had the good sense to deny Bush

admission to their law school, so Bush ended up in the MBA program at Harvard instead (to their everlasting shame).

Other factors might also work against the UT System. The Austin campus already hosts the presidential library and museum of Lyndon Johnson. And the law school at UT-Austin rejected Bush's application for admission many years ago. He ended up getting a master's degree in business at Harvard University. His bachelor's degree is from Yale University.
