I don't want to rain on the works or throw a wrench into the parade or anything, but since when is this a matter to be decided by a poll, half the world away at that? I mean, we're asked to vote on whether there's a civil war in Iraq? Are we also gonna be voting on whether it's Spring yet?

Seriously, folks. One might be belittling the issue by participating in this exercise; "there's civil war if so many people think there is". This isn't a reality-based approach, if you will.
