GOP Leaders want 'Adult Supervision' in White House
Edited on Sun Mar-12-06 01:21 PM by RamboLiberal
In the Periscope of Newsweek on Failure of the Ports Deal

<snip>

Some Bush allies are renewing their calls for adult supervision in the White House. "There's a need for a Leon Panetta or Howard Baker-type figure in the administration," GOP Rep. Tom Cole told NEWSWEEK. "You need a senior decision maker who understands the Congress and whom people in Congress understand."

8. GOP = "Lord of the Flies"
I think they will have to look outside the "Party" if they want to find an adult.

9. Senior decision maker - instead of sending Bush home. I wondered what the
Republican party was going to do about Bush. Be interested to see who it is. With Bush's ego, it would be hilarious if we could see his REAL reacation.

15. Adult supervision, huh!? Just put a Democrat in
You'll have the adults in charge when the Dems retake the White House.

The children who buy their ink by the barrel will start throwing tantrums through the media!
