Case in point: In the last few months we've learned that James Dobson helped Jack Abramoff promote the gambling interests of Abramoff's Indian gaming clients, either as a pawn or an accomplice.

Abramoff pleaded guilty to felony charges for his part in a scheme to promote the gambling interests of Indian tribes in Mississippi and Louisiana by stopping other tribes from opening casinos. Abramoff drummed up phony anti-gambling campaigns to accomplish the task. Dobson helped by pressuring officials and mobilizing his network of supporters. Dobson was even featured in anti-gambling ads paid for by gambling revenues from Abramoff's clients.

We've compiled information on Dobson's political activities such as this for 9 months. FocusOnDobson.org is a new site where you can participate in this watchdog project.
