Vernon Robinson's sick commercial
From crooksandliars.com:

This is isn't a joke or a parody commercial. It's just insane. Robinson is running for Congress in North Carolina and he uses the Twilight Zone theme to attack gays, judges, African Americans and just about anything or anyone else you can think of.

In-fucking-credible.

4. The commercial is VERY Helmsian.
Shit that has worked for Pukes for 30 years.
As much as I despise the message and tactics artistically it is a well-made and effective ad.

6. I laughed out loud! "Hi, I'm Fred Phelps, and I endorse Vernon. . ."
On this one, what else can you do? I hope that his next commercial begins, "Hi, I'm Fred Phelps, and I endorse Vernon Robinson for Congress. . ." I do wish our side could spell better (dyke, not dike). Jesse Jackson in a police photo while the narrator is railing about illegitimacy? But the capper had to be the Leave It To Beaver ending. I am still scraping my jaw off the floor on that one. Guess Vernon loves Beaver. Please, let this guy be one of the tokens who speak at the 2008 GOP convention. Please!

10. not a parody
Vernon touts himself as "The Black Jesse Helms". He was a city council member in Winston Salem until he lost that seat a couple of years ago. I believe he is running in our 13th district against Brad Miller.

12. Yes and it the same biggoted ideas that would have
gotten him lynched not too long ago. He might want to rethink who he selects as his compatriots. There are still a lot of KKK folks in the Forsyth County area.

14. Makes me miss the simple days when Klansmen ran openly for office.
As recently as twenty years ago they would stand in front of a dixie flag and rant racist comments in TV commercials here in the South.

At least they were honest about what they believed in.
