Personally I don't think it will be a threat to Repugs until 2008, but I'm wondering what other DUers think. Here's the website of their candidate, Michael Peroutka.

1. Give em credit for a pretty nice website.
Not a bad site. I have noticed all the sites of the Dems, and Bush for that matter, look so similar.

3. We Can Hope
We can hope the Constitution Party or somebody would be a threat to Bush, coming at his right flank, especially if Nader gets involved again.

I hear a lot of Conservatives are mad at Bush for spending so wildly.

4. I know some conservatives are considering it.
Some really upset about defecit spending.

I think more likely to stay home if disillusioned.

6. They should have run Roy Moore.
That could have presented Bush with some problems.

7. A right wing third party needs a name candidate to hurt Dip W Shit
Pat Buchanan, for example. Or Bob Barr, Pat Robertson. John McCain would probably do exceedingly well if he hooked up with the Reform party this year - not that I expect it to happen.

But an unknown right wing candidate hurting Junior? Ain't gonna happen.

8. Constitution Party won't be a threat to Bush. Bush destroys Constitutions
Seriously, tho, conservatives have too much of a herd mentality to split up their votes in serious numbers. They may gripe about the size of the deficit, but when push comes to shove they always fall in line. To do so is the nature of conservatives, just as liberals are inclined to split in to factions. It's who we are and it's why we're the ones who dissent from the current administration's reckless policies. We see things as they are and are constantly thinking of different approaches to old problems.

This is our strength and our weakness.
