Just called Senator Feingold's office and told them about the NSA smoking gun. Thankfully the assistant who answered said she would get it to him. Hopefully the Senator will look at the draft of the act and recognize the smoking gun.
I overlooked one detail that actually helps the draft's credibility: Barbara Comstock (at the time Director of Public Affairs for the Justice Dept.) acknowledged the draft, so it is real. Yeah! There is no way they can dispute this!
