Maybe they need to think about sending a warning like that again. I noticed that many DUers started going out of their way to welcome newbies and I think that was a good thing.

the frustration at the Criminal Bush Regime and the Vichy Dems and we seem to have hit a wall but I think it would be more useful to talk about the squeeze in our lives over the disasterous bush economy and the pressures it leads to at work and the diminishing ability to afford anything but necessities as Freedom Angel mentioned, every purchase even going to a movie has to be looked at carefully to see if we can afford it.

I keep meaning to read on the Resistance to the Nazis for ideas on how to oppose the bush regime. The things that I had read about the Resistance in the past were peripheral to other things in the books like A Nun's Story or The Corsican Woman.

I think many are more comfortable with gays portrayed as stereotypical (oh wait, they're not stereotyped)... and not as rugged/tradionally masculine etc.
