The bubble is burst. Bubble Boy is totally on his own. Revalation after revelation after revelation. His approval is at 34% and even worse, his likeability is at 29%. Forget Deadeye Dick. He's even worse.

They still try to spin, but no spin seems to be working.

Fitz just got an e-mail dump from the White House. Early indications (as noted elsewhere here on DU) have the names of Cheney, Bush, Rove, Hadley and Bolton tied in somehow.

Yesterday on Hairballs, Shrum made some seemingly (at the time) throwaway comment about something big still to come.

My dot connector runs this way ...... The shitstorm has all but overwhelmed the White House. Rove is quite probably still capable of doing what he does in such situations. But he's not.

The (remaining honest few in the) media are feeling ever more emboldened and are actually reporting news. Late, to be sure, but news nonetheless. Cuz Rove's blastfaxermachine is silent.

Cuz - pure speculation here - Rove has been told he is a target.

And if he's been told, so have others. See the list, above.

And so .... this wonderful early spring shitstorm continues to swirl. I think this shitstorm deserves a name ..... Katrina's Revenge, maybe? Or maybe even better, Saddam's revenge. Or Zulu King's Revenge.
