Dean's Rainmakers
http://www.politicalmoneyline.com/cgi-win/indexhtml.exe?MBF=dean_rainmakers

Since Dean seems so concerned about special interests, I'd thought I'd supply some info on Dean's contributors

19. Lets see Kerry was broke when they married, he makes about 100k
per year and they *mortgaged one of *their* properties for 6 million dollars.

Do we need a rocket scientist here?

16. that's an untruth
that has been cleared up here many many times. She has donated $2,000 to his campaign. Why do you repeat the charge when it's been shown to be untrue?

20. Just becaue they found a way around campaign financing doesn't
mean it's false. They mortgaged a 6 million dollar property to fund the campaign, remember?

JK was not wealthy when he met his second millionaire wife.

22. But your assertion wasn't that he mortgaged his house...
it was that his wife has given him some obscene amount of money. She gave him $2,000. It's a matter of public record.

23. LOL, let's compare...
Dean -
14 individuals who have raised at least $100,000
18 individuals have bundled at least $50,000

Kerry-
32 fundraisers who have brought in at least $100,000
87 rainmakers have collected at least $50,000

25. I am Dean's rainmaker..
I gave $50.00. I am one, along with thousands of others. I'm insulted by the attitudes lately that my contribution, along with millions of dollars donated by people like me, are not worth discussion. He has to have money, to ward off the anonymous viscious attacks at the hands of shadowy groups running ads in primary states.

Shall we find a candidate that has saved enough pennies to be president?
