Of course, he has virtually nothing in common w/o our values, other than masquarading his insanity beyond a thin venneer of supposed left-wing-ness.

I dont want an cannidate who will extend american imperalism via free trade or occupation or other "forgein policy"
I dont want one who will support the death penalty
I dont want one who will be in the pocket of lobbyiests and corporations
I dont want one who will dump nuclear waste in poor minority communities
I dont want one who will support state or corporate sponsered terrorism
I dont want one who will not admit making a teeny mistake about putting the bill of rights through the shreader
is that to much to ask

In fact, I would vote for anything to replace bush, a squirrel, a ham sandwich, a bar of soap, lint, anything. Why, because they would do a better job.

a squirrel - would keep all of the nuts in the White House under control

a ham sandwich - values teamwork to get the job done

a bar of soap - would keep the White House clean

lint - wouldn't mangle the English language

19. Zell Miller
Edited on Sat Jan-31-04 09:00 PM by Ghost Consul
He's not running for our nomination, and he is just nominally a member of our party. But he's the only Democrat right now that inspires such disrespect and contempt from me. I realize that Zell Miller doesn't give a damn what I think, but just for the record, I think he's a manipulative unprincipled weasel who ought to have his little hiney whupped.

My fear is that the GOP dumps Cheney as a liability and puts Bad Zell on the ticket instead. It would be sickening, of course. Zell was promised something for his endorsement of the Chimp.

--edited to change "manipulative little weasle" to "manipulative unprincipled weasel"

The doofus-in-chief has to go. I may not be too enthused about our final candidate, but I won't stay home, because I have to get out and vote to re-elect Sen. Murray and Rep. Baird anyway. So, I'll vote for the Dem, no matter who he is.

I won't vote for Kerry or Leiberman in the GE. I will go 3rd party. I won't vote for anyone who is willing to put our troops in harms way just because it's politically popular or expedient. These "insiders" had access to more information than I did in Indiana and I knew it was wrong from the start. Why didn't they? The policy of Pre-emption isn't American in its ideals. Iraq never attacked us. I won't vote for a PRO-WAR candidate.

....unless they admitted NAFTA, GATT, etc were bad votes that hurt the American poor and middle classes. Wouldn't an apology be nice? I think they owe it to us.

I'd consider voting for Dean, Clark, or Edwards if they REALLY needed my vote....or, if my vote would add to an embarrassing landslide defeat for B* and his neo-con cronies.

I won't hesitate to vote for DK if he gets the nomination....if he doesn't my Montana ballot will be cast for the Green Party candidate.
