1. I thought I heard him mention it last week on prime time somewhere
but I am not 100% sure, but this sounds familiar to me.

3. Maybe it was a trial balloon, because the NPR program I'm listening to...
...is from about 2 weeks ago.

I usually listen to Morning Addition and "News and Notes" with Ed Gordon (an African American/Public Radio Consortium production) but I had a few weeks of computer problems, and fell behind on N&N, so I'm streaming old shows to catch up.

Here are the links if you are interested, most here are not, is seems:

2. yes, he's running, what is the question?
He's only got one opponent in the primary, Kurita. There are three in the other party's primary, Bob Corker (ok guy), Van Hilery, Ed Bryant (fundies both) (O there are surely other candidates...)

Harold often gets confused with other members of his politically active family. He's squeaky clean, but they, particularly his uncle, are not.

4. So what do you think his chance are to win in November?
I like the guy, mainly because he's young, the Senate is getting to be an old man's club.

I wish I had such a candidate here in Georgia, but then again, Diebold doesn't count my vote anyway.

8. Ford is a Hell of an improvment over Frist, I'd swap him in a second...
...for one of my Diebold selected (Georgia) ReThug Senators.

Sack of Shit Chickenhawk Chambliss and and Dumbass Johnny Boy Isakkson.

What the hell did we ever do to deserve this? We went from the likes of Sam Nunn and Max Cleland to these Diebold fundy wingnuts. :(

7. He's been running for a good while now
I believe he announced it sometime early last year officially. He has pretty good poll raitings. I haven't seen any lately though.

he didn't support a filibuster for alito, so he is starting out wrongfooted. i don't even understand why he would say anything at all, he should keep his mouth shut.
