THERE IS PROOF THAT EUROPEAN GOVERNMENTS WERE IN LEAGUE WITH CIA GANGSTERS WHO KIDNAPPED PERSONS IN EUROPE TO TORTURE THEM. That proof is in a document excerpted here. There is a list of the countries that have joint ventures (they share the same office!) with the CIA called "CTICs." And there is a list of all of the CIA planes mentioned in the news.
