5. And if A- LIE- TO is confirmed
we'd better pray to God that Kennedy finds his moderate to liberal inner child....and that the rest stay healthy....

7. All the craziest laws go down 6-3
kennedy is no moderate but when some crazy ass ruling gets to the supremes, it always goes down with Scalia and rhenquist (im assuming roberts will be the same) with dumbass thomas tagging along in the minority. you know, I can't stand Scalia but respect that he at least supports what he has to say. When was the last time thomas wrote an opinion? even a dissent? He just watches to see how scalia votes then does the same so he can fit in with the cool kids. Least qualified SC justice EVER. He was probably secretly hoping Harriet would make it on the court so he could feel smarter than someone.

So now the crazy crap will go down in a 5-4 vote.
