Time for real leadership - Molly Ivins

I'm sure this column was brought to DU's attention when it was published, and I apologize for the repeat. I've been buried in work recently and am just now catching up. Ivins is often good, but in this column she makes the case for leadership so clearly and so well that I wanted to bring it up again for others like me who missed it the first time.

The special relevance to us here at DU is that I think we are part of the engine that recognises and supports true leadership when it speaks - our support of Gore, Dean, Conyers, Pelosi and others being recent cases in point.

hadn't read it until now and I gotta say I'm right there with her on the Hillary/Biden thing.I love what Reid and Nancy and Dean are saying and where they're standing-and it ain't on the top of a fence
