Bumper stickers galore.
Today we went into Lansing for a doctors appointment for my daughter and in the parking lot there was a van that had Bumper Sticker galore. There were about 50 stickers on this van. Just a few quotes.
Kick the bomb habit
Stop mad cowboy disease
One nuclear bomb can ruin your whole lawn
Civil liberties-Don't leave home without them
Love your mother (World)
Wage peace

I left the person a note on their van saying come to DU and visit us. I also noted thanks for their expressions by their bumper stickers.

It was nice to see someone nailing the rethug agenda.

1. I see stickers like that all the time in my area of NM
but I haven't seen a single lefty sticker here on Florida's east coast. I've seen quite a few Stupid/Cheney04 stickers, though, generally in SUVs driven by greasy haired males with zits, protruding brows and prognathous jaws who also proudly display NASCAR mementos along with the political stuff.

If I ever see a vehicle around here with a lefty sticker, I'll be sure to leave it a nice note. Anybody brave enough to display one in this area needs a few pats on the back for bravery, if not political acuity.

4. LOL well I didn't see that one on the van today.
I think I would be a little scared to put that one on my vehicle. I hope the person comes here to DU.

6. I saw a van like that in Reno before the Presidential stolen election
wonder if it was the same one? It was refreshing to see ...amidst all the W stickers.

8. I used to have a van like that during Bush I...
"Are we kinder and gentler YET?"
"Straight, but not Narrow"
"Visualize Whirled Peas"
"Kill your TV"
"Minds are like parachutes-they only work when open"
"No Blood for OIL!" (gee how things stay the same)

And a whole bunch of others, and I changed them regulalrly.

FSM bless Donnelly-Colt!

11. It's a good sign that vehicles can appear in public like this
without getting vandalized. Progress....
