Americablog.org....just got me thinking about something...
Has anyone else noticed that while conservatives (except when it suits their purposes, i.e. Gore v. Bush and State's rights) constantly yell that they are strict constitutional constructionists and hate activists judges, that they are the ones that are most likely to ignore the most basic and clearly spelled out Bill of Rights and amendments to the Constitution?
Americablog.org points this out in regards to the 4th Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures. But it really goes to just about everything in the US Constitution.
