This as it should be....but what does that leave us to talk about. Only so much Bush bashing can be interesting.

Just curious - what have you done in years past?

3. I've bashed Bush for 2 years on this site.
Unfortunately, the Bush regime does give us a lot of crap to bash him on.

4. Don't know what they did in the past, but we can fight the lies and the
liars! find out who to send letters, email, faxes, telegrams. Make noise rattle cages and push buttons! Won't it be fun to do this to people who we do not like at Repub sites! Pay them back for the trouble they have caused here.

5. I think it's a bad rule UNLESS
it also applies to candidates who did NOT win the nomination as well.

No matter who ultimately secures the nomination can you imagine the chorus of I told you so's? "I told you X would win, your candidate was weak/evil, thank God HE didn't get the nomination."

8. Yeah, but that'll fizzle pretty quick.
The reason for the endless attacks nowadays is that people actually think they are helping their candidate win, and not just pissing off everyone who doesn't already agree with them. After the nomination, most of the motive for hatefulness will be gone.
