He definitely sounded like a President. Throughout the whole speech I wished he had run for President in 2004.

11. Good powerful speech, however, please remember he is free
to say anything he wants. He no longer hold a powerful office and he will not be held accountable if his words damage or hurt any relationships or plans in progress with allies. He no longer has all the connections or privileges he once did so he may not be speaking from the point of view as a world leader as much as a very concerned American citizen.
