PNAC's Not Exactly Keeping Themselves a Secret...
so why don't the candidates (except DK) ever talk about them?

Correct me if I'm wrong, please. Maybe everybody's talking about it & it's just not getting covered.

But it seems odd that PNAC would have a website with their plans right there - signed, endorsed & implemented for all to see - and it's not a part of America's regular vocabulary yet.

It does take a bit of explanation, but it is by no means some wild conspiracy theory, or "political poison" to bring it up. It's all out in the open on their end. Are the candidates enabling them by not talking about them? What are they worried about?

2. The candidates must know of the PNAC
The PNAC is not being brought up by the media, therefore not public discussion. I really doubt that John Edwards or John Kerry will ever bring up the PNAC because in many ways I believe in full or in part these two men believe in what they are doing. Lieberman has all but mentioned these folks by name when it comes to war or international politics. The last time the PNAC made the news 1991 during the Bush Sr. administration the newspapers rip the PNAC to shreds with this Imperial notion of international diplomacy. Mr. Bush Sr. told the PNAC that they were out of their minds and said so publicly.

3. Conspiracy theory
It would automatically be perceived as a conspiracy theory and John Q. Public will think any candidate mentioning it is insane. :eyes:
