That is what I will tell my REpublican colleagues and family members. This day is coming. My family is lucky, we probably will have enough money to pay for a safe abortion for a family member (i have 3 granddaughters)and we all live in blue states. So many other women will not be so lucky.

I want every supporter of Alito to know I think they have blood on their hands!

4. And the big lie is that overturning Roe v. Wade won't end abortions

because states will pass laws allowing abortions in their own states. You know the next move after overturning Roe v. Wade is a constitutional ammendment banning abortions because they are murder. They view abortion as murder and will attempt to end it nationwide. Women , as you say, will pay for it with their lives.

but, many states, prob about 10-20 will pass laws to outlaw it. Several states already ahve trigger laws that go into effect the second RvW is kicked.

I just think that these people are so crazy that they'll do anything. If you read history, you know what I mean. Crazy people ran the Inquisition, caused WW2, instituted the Holocaust, etc, etc. I don't think we can apply logic to what these people.

9. I'm old enough to remember when abortion was illegal

in most, not all, states. When Roe was decided, I really couldn't believe it!
There were girls in my HS who went to "visit" and aunt in GA (I live in OH)
and returned remarkably skinnier the next school year. If one was unlucky enough to be pregnant, you were kicked out of school. The boy (or man) was never punished. What makes me very sad is that this scenario could return in a very familiar manner, and during my lifetime. Scary, very scary.

You could not even get some things done, and I do not mean an abortion, with our your husband saying you could. Both in NE states. Other names were used for abortion if you had money as I recall.Even in Navy hospitals you could get it done if you knew the right people.
