Feingold said "no one is above the law".
He was speaking in regards to Bush's admission of breaking the FISA laws. Democrats need to stand behind Senator Feingold. They need to tell Mr. Bush that no one is above the law, especially not the President of the United States. We have a president - not a king - as Senator Feingold said. Democrats need to demand hearings on this immediately. Not after the next election, but now. We will not stand for such lawlessness.

1. I agree
Sen. Feingold has said what is the crux of this matter, and "national security" and the "war on terror" can't hide it-Bush broke the law. People who break the law are to be punished, or why have laws at all?

2. I agree
We need a united effort by all Dems now,not after 2006 elections. Our country is in dire need of responsible, intelligent leadership.

3. Aye. K&R. A petition with about 20,000,000 names would do
well. You know we could.
