2. Interesting. Moran's one of the few to point out pro-Israeli influence

on our foreign policy. Much as I disagree with Murtha's assessment that we're sincerely going to withdraw from Iraq, and much as I really dislike his bellicose enabling of the would-be world conquerers throughout his career, the guy's got moxie and he's his own man. Same for Moran; he elicited howls for saying that the neocons were unduly influenced by knee-jerk Israel-at-any-cost allegiances.

Nuance and complexity are the stuff of greatness; I'd love to see this little gathering...
