The NSA sucks up all comm traffic on the entire planet, yours and mine, along with Sadaam and Osama and stores it on their computers and then any weaselly politician with the right connections just has to make the right query to find out what their enemies are up to.

Nixon did this with the IRS back in the 70's when computers were more limited.

If Bush wants to listen in on Kerry or you or me or whoever, if he doesn't abide by warrants he could listen in on whoever he wants at the click of a mouse.
