9. I'm Doing What I Can, but...

Although San Diego County has more registered Democratic voters,the Repugs always seem to get in here.Very conservativepeople, and a lot of retired military.

Every time Duncan screws up, I e-mail him (and I must admit, he responds a lot quicker than any other elected representative I'v contacted)and tell him he is not reflecting my views by defending Bush's nefarious activities, the Corrupted Cabinet et al.

I remind him that he served in Vietnam and has a son in Iraq, I ask him why he isn't outraged that his son was sent into harm's way on a bunch of lies..any parent would be.

I'll keep om doing it, as well as writing Senators Boxer and Feinstein...I am going to be a squeakie wheel and I'll keep on doing it until we kick them out!

I ask because in a meeting last week at Hunter's local office, a peace activist asked Hunter's aide to please tell the Congressman to stop embarrassing his constituents by talking about those great lemon chicken dinners at Guantanamo. The same constituent roasted him on the air calling in a day earlier when Hunter was on CNN.

Did he actually do this AGAIN?????
