Admending the Constitution.
A commentator on NPR mentioned recently that Congress does not have much it can do to censure the President outside of impeachment, do you think we should have an admendment to change that?

3. Think about what Clinton did. Do you think there might not have been
an impeachment (okay probably would have been) if they could have just formally censured him?

5. Nope Bush and his crimes against we the people
are not even in the same ball park as Clinton lying about something that was nobodies business. How can you even suggest such a thing. Bush needs to be impeached then brought to trail for his dirty dealings along with his cheerleading squad.

10. I am not comparing the two but I am saying that if we had some other
way of holding *A* president accountable, I think it would be better.

4. NO!!! Impeach and remove!!
He can then be dealt with by the courts.

The only amendment I want is to prevent anyone from that family serving in public office, elected or appointed, for the next 200 years. I wouldn't mind an amendment preventing anyone from Texas or California from running for president for the next 50 years. If there was a way to remove their DNA from the human genome, I'd go for that, too.

That family just aint right.

7. Q&A Period, like in parliamentary democracies
I think we need a question and answer period also. It would be GREAT to have congressmen able to directly interact with the president in such an open, publicly viewed forum.

9. I think that is better then the state of the union.
Because now they do not have anyway for the entire group to yell at the president.

8. No. Impeachment is an adequate solution.
After impeachment in the alphabetical scheme is indictment.

11. But does it cover every situation?
Some presidents have done stupid things that are not impeachable but Congress has nothing to do except that.
