If the votes in Iraq were counted today, after votes already cast ..?

If the votes in Iraq were counted today, after votes already cast ..?
Since they have permitted those in hospitals (wounded by terrorists?), the Iraqi military, and Iraqis living abroad to vote already, what would be the outcome if the votes were counted today? Would they be favorable to the US puppets? And how many votes could possibly come from "abroad"? Was the truck that was caught on the Iranian border really from Iran or was it from Florida?

They have permitted the prisoners to vote already, also.
