Bush's "plan" is similar to Democrats' plans...
Edited on Mon Dec-12-05 12:18 PM by kentuck
But he will never admit it. He plans on pulling out the troops. He will "re-deploy" many of them, just as Murtha recommended. The one thing he will do differently than the Democrats is that he will "declare victory". It doesn't matter if there is a real victory or not, victory is whatever you say it is. If terrorists incidents continue after we leave, they will be called "setbacks" in the Iraqi march to freedom and democracy. In reality, the situation may actually be somewhat improved with us gone - at least, gone mostly from public view. We will never leave unless we are physically removed. In the meantime, he will talk about "complete victory", while planning to get out as soon as he can.

1. I don't remember who said it now, but right after Murtha came up
with his plan, someone in the Bush administration said that the Democrats plan was remarkably like their own.

4. Then an "apostrophe s" is recommended.
I know you know the deal with the "ic." If I did it, I would bitch at myself too. :)

5. Is this correct or should it have another "s" after the apostrophe?
:)
