We know what a huge joke juniors gaffs and unrehearsed speeches are but there is a good reason. This short clip demonstrates that we have a dictator that is truly "loosing it". Be afaid....be very afraid.

5. Molly Ivins in "Shrub" made the point that he was totally scripted
During those gubernatorial debates - he just hammered the same points over and over again, so of course he could make a cogent argument at the time. Now he gets asked questions about all sorts of stuff he hasn't bothered his tiny brain over, and it shows.
