Usually, the media uses (m)Ann's "Glamour Shots"-style photographs.

This photo makes her face look like it is melting.

What Ms. Coulter says and writes is certainly fair game, but it's childish and mean-spirited to denigrate the way she looks.

She's prettier than me so I'm not calling her ugly, but she's repulsive in a 1,000 ways and none of them have anything to do with her looks (well, maybe the bony anorexia inspired by her diet of babies' souls is somewhat related to her looks, but the other 999 reasons to hate her have anything to do with her looks).
