Cunningham Called Clinton a tratior
In 1992 Rep. Randy Cunningham called Clinton a traitor. Cunningham was advising Bush to attack Clinton by calling him a traitor. I think this should be bought up in that Cunningham called Clinton a traitor yet he (Cunningham)was the one who took bribes from military contractors that most likely cost many soldiers their lives.

4. Daily Howler and Huffington Post
You can go to the Daily Howler website and look at their archives. It is one of the first post in the archives. You could also go to Huffington Post and look for a post by Marty Kaplan. If you go to Daily Howler you can just link to the Marty Kaplan post from there. The website address is www.dailyhowler.com/archives.shtml? .

5. cunningham also said
Liberals should be "lined up and shot"..that's one reason why I didn't get too choked up about his weepy apology.

Oh, excuse me.."Liberal leadership"..

"Oct 6, 1992: Cunningham makes the Washington Post's "Reliable Source" column by suggesting the liberal leadership of the House should be "lined up and shot."

6. Yep, that's what hardened my heart against him.
Granted I'm not in any liberal "leadership" position, but I'm still one of those people he would like to have seen |lined up and shot." I won't EVER forget that, and all the crocodile tears he can cry for the rest of his life will not make a bit of difference. He might try to apologize and make amends for THAT particularly hideous remark, but I won't hold my breath. It'd be one decent thing he could do, and that he SHOULD do, to start washing it off his conscience (assuming he even has one).

8. USATODAY - he called Clinton a "Manchurian Candidate" & "toyoko rose"
Cunningham's fall a cautionary tale
http://www.usatoday.com/news/opinion/columnist/raasch/2005-12-01-raasch_x.htm

Before he resigned in disgrace from the U.S. House of Representatives, Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham may have been best known for questioning the patriotism of others, from Bill Clinton to opponents of weapons systems.

SNIP

First elected in 1990, he gained national notoriety during the 1992 presidential camp when he joined the bombastic Rep. Bob "B-1 Bob" Dornan, R-Calif., in making rhetorical strafing runs on then-Gov. Bill Clinton's activities as a college student.

In speeches on the House floor, Cunningham and Dornan tried to portray Clinton as a modern-day "Manchurian Candidate" because Clinton had participated in anti-war activities and had taken a trip to Moscow as a young Rhodes Scholar during Vietnam. Cunningham even compared Clinton to World War II's "Tokyo Rose" — the radio personality who tried to undermine the morale of American soldiers and sailors in the Pacific.

SNIP

In 1997, he said Republicans should stand by ethically challenged House Speaker Newt Gingrich in the same way loyal pilots stick with wounded buddies.

But in the end, it was his utter willingness to exploit federal defense dollars to satisfy his own greed that did Cunningham in. So much for duty and honor to country.

9. He can bite me too
So, did Clinton ever have to cop a plea to avoid prosecution? Naw. I didn't think so. Cunningham did though. He is involved in so many criminal activities that the dingy House Republicans are scurrying away from him like a bunch of roaches. Some of them are even trying to return money they got from him. That must mean the situation is dire. Normally the only way you can separate a Freeper from his money is if you do a cavity search.
