Can Dems run in new election in California. Arnold must provide a new ele
election to replace Cunningham. I just wondered if it will be open to only Republicans since Cunningham is a Republican. If it is also open to Democrats, and we WON it would change the shift of power. If I remember correctly the Republicans are ahead by only one seat.

Anybody know anything about all this?

it's open to all. You cannot restrict an election like that.
