Bush's Base is very happy today
There is no plan to stop the killing of our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen in Iraq. Those who value life are down right orgasmic. The killings will continue. Praise the Lord!

3. Disgusting beyond belief
Jesus must cry continuously at the actions of his flock.

2. Even better they are about to starve helpless children
and pay off a bunch of billionaires while still driving up the US debt.

4. And what have the Dems done
to stand up to them? There are two parties, ya know.

5. Two parties but only one in power across the board.
The dems have about as much political clout right now as you and I do as individuals and I sure don't take responbility for the mess the current leadership has made of things anymore than an outnumbered political party should.

11. Right they should
vote against them!
Oh, they do and they are the minority and they lose.

They should demand investigations!
Oh wait, they do, but as the minority party they have no authority, no subpoena power. People don't answer, don't show up.

They should demand answers from the president!
Oh wait again, they do and they get no answers except a form letter months later thanking them for their interest.

They should stand up and speak out!
They do if you watch C-Span. The news rarely shows it.

What they should do is win elections and barring fraud they will.

The shame is that the republicans who do have the power have abused it so horribly. Some of the things should not be partisan, both parties should stand for what is best for the country. Their views may differ at what is best in some things, but the republicans have consistently assisted bush in hurting American people except the very richest. THAT is their "family values"?

6. Yes.
Hallelujah! No plans for withdrawal. Our men and women are expendable.Let's stay the course and continue this war that started by Bushs lies.Let's stay the course and continue to have recruiting so far down in the US that Homeland security is suffering.Let's stay the course so that Chalabi et al don't ever have to take the reins and defend themsleves.Hallelujah American men and women are dying so that they don't have to fight for themselves!

Praise the Lord indeed!

9. No they did not
they got political theater of the hightest order, avoided the trap and got the discusion going

Trust me, Hastert is probably starting to realize this... the one who was trapped was... the GOP... Hunter's bill was MEANT to fail and to show us as a weak party... let me see, if you staid for the games....

The Cons spoke as if it was 1973 while Murtha made an impasionate plea for our troops... we call that in Chess, Check mate.

12. Maybe they'll have a pot-luck supper in one of the WH guardhouses
They should all be able to fit comfortably in such a structure.
