Charity Drive: Body Armour for the Troops

I'm not in a position to run this charity, but I cannot imagine a better way to show real support for the troops than by a national charity drive to buy and distribute Body Armour to those who need it.

It seems to me regardless of whether the government is supposed to do this, it is clearly not doing it. The ones who are paying for that mistake are the members of your families.

It seems to me regardless of the point on the political spectrum you call home, no one could turn down the chance to contribute to this effort.

I put the idea out there for someone who has the means to make this work to do so.

2. If I were you, I'd post this in the Activist HQ.

GD and GDP have been really caught up in the House activities (just my observation) and your suggestion might be better received in the HQ.

You might consider a title like:
Idea: How can we start an "Armour for Our Troops" drive?

BTW, I think it's a great idea. Sending soldiers to fight without properly outfitting them is a criminal disgrace.
