65. No surprise that VA hates Bush. Remember, Kaine (D) was running just a tad

ahead in the Nov 2 Governor's race when Bush headlined a "night before election rally" for Kilgore (R). Kaine ended up winning by going on 6%. Chatter is that Bush cost Kaine several points at the polls.

Kaine would have won anyway, but it would have been more of a squeaker if Bush had just kept his unpopular butt at home.

Holy cow! The tide is turning. Maybe this explains why I've only seen two Bush stickers in my travels in three counties over the last month. In my part of NE GA, the vehicles were covered in Bush stickers and magnetic yellow ribbons and flags. Then, poof! They were gone! There are still lots of K-E and liberal stickers in my blue city! :)

In addition, the young Republican men with whom I work (and who know I'm a Democrat) have said nothing about their fearless leader in several months now.

Positive numbers in three states: Wyoming, Utah and Idaho.

There are only five states where his net disapproval is not double digits.

His average approval is 34%.

Here in New England his average approval rating is 26.7%, disapproval is 70%.

His approval is below 30% in 10 states.
