Iraq policy debated on the Senate floor next week.

The democrats (11 of them) are offering an amendment to the Defense Bill to ask Bush for reporting and making recommendations to the Iraqi policies.

The text is not yet on senate.com, so I dont know what it is about, but it was more than urgent that this debate happens.

2. what stands out on this

is the Democrats seem united even though the names on that list may appear to be on different points when it comes to Iraq. just look at the name on the top of the list and the name at the end of it.
