When I saw this, this morning I almost fell out of my seat. The article also covered other pork projects. But the bridge story makes me think this will be interesting

All the cheap wage conservatives and small government types hate that bridge.

9. See here's the rub with this....

The majority of american people don't think beyond the surface or beyond sound bites.

They will see that article and be outraged and offended at government waste.

They have been so brainwashed to think that democrats are the ones who spend wastefully that their feeble pea brains won't even put 2 and 2 together and say "Hey, the republicans control everything in our government so this must be their doing."

Intead they will think that it's the Democrats fault at worst or at best think "All politicians are wasteful and corrupt.
