Sorry, I can't get too worked up about Aaron Brown's departure. His whole schtick was Heartfelt Sympathetic Man, lots of empathetic pauses, etc. It was an act, friends. I fired off a criticism of him one night because he'd said something biased (rightward and stupid, but I can't remember anymore what it was) and I found fault, politely. He fired back a truly pissy response from his "blackberry" saying that I had to be pretty dumb to think that responsible journalists like himself would fall for mass e-mail attacks. I answered that I hadn't been part of any organized anything...was just trying to communicate all by myself. No response of course. Mr. Heartfelt is just an act, believe me.
