Does anyone think, that Russert, or Miller
are going to be the ones that take the fall in this whole thing?

Or are we relying on the honesty of the news media to back up our case against the admin?

2. I think that Fitz has Miller in a noose and that she's not smart enough
to figure it out. I think he's letting all these people think they might be indicted and there is a "talk fest," which is the worst thing that can happen to people who think they might be guilty.

I think Fitz is one of the smartest guys around, a born and bred New Yorker with a world class education, an a f'ing straight A math major who sees the whole picture in great detail.

Watch for Novak to take a fall too. It's all about the Espionage Act, as Fitz pointed out in his briefing. That's a different animal than outing an agent.

Thanks to Fitz and all the other attorneys who could be making $.5 to1.0 million a year as corporate firms. They know they could do that, the opportunities are there, and we need to appreciate that.

5. I still do not understand why the Prince of Darkness is not included in
this? He gave his source and we all know who that was. That same source (Rove) was fired by poppy Bush when he was prez. because of leaking information to none other than Novak.

Then that Time reporter (Andrews?) testified and gave his source and then Miller did it once "scooter" gave her the okay.

Did Miller or the Times ever run a story about Plame? If they didn't, then why are they in more trouble then Novak?

I understand about when it went to an investigation that Novak squealed like a pig and gave his source (Rove) right off the bat. The others failed to do this, and since this was a grand jury, that is why she went to jail.

But still. I do not know why Novak is not in any trouble whatsoever?????

6. because he isnt expected to cooperate
remember this is all a strategy to crack a conspiracy and if he goes right for the core of it they can defend. but if he peels it like an onion he gets to see it all and they cannot defend.
