Can anyone walk me through this motion to table the ruling of the chair
(Pelosi wants to talk about the missing Iraq reconstruction money, I think)

Obey-WI wanted to talk about the bill that slips $100million in the Iraq budget for something illegal. The Chair didn't allow his point of order. Pelosi appealed it because it would bring dishonor to the House. The chair wants to "table" their motion to discuss this some more.

Not sure exactly what was in the bill, tuned in too late...
