Second Case Of Confidential Source Outing:
Muhammad Naeem Noor Khan outed by Ridge before '04 Dem Convention
to take the news cycle away. British Intelligence furious about it because plans for
London subway found on Khan's laptop.
Skip to July '05 London underground bombings and it turns out Khan had a connection to the Leeds cell.

Good Jaun Cole story here- http://www.juancole.com/2005/07/ghost-of-muhammad-naeem-noor-khan-john.html

Blow this angle up big- OK kids?

2. I recall when that happened.
It was so out of place. More should have been made of it then and it is worth bringing back up now.

The administration can be so short sighted. (Though they can keep their plans and goals alive a very long time, ones we have seen unfolding before our horrified eyes)

3. Wow!
"For the sake of three year old intelligence, the Bush administration had helped blow the first inside double agent the Pakistanis and the British had ever developed. The British had been preparing a set of indictments and pursuing the investigation, in part by using Khan. They were forced to move before they were ready. Some suspects escaped on hearing Naeem Noor Khan's in the media. Of those who were arrested, several had to be released for lack of evidence against them."

And Bush's yes-man Ridge did it all just to take the spotlight off John Kerry and the Democratic convention. And the article says the fat "town gossip" Karl Rove had a hand in it.

Are we gonna continue to be "protected" by someone whose biggest aide (Rove) is about as trustworthy to keep a secret as is an old lady gossiping over a back fence??

Why does Rove still have security clearance??

4. Rove is a scumbag with a security clearance
snip>
It would be really nice to think that Howard Dean's dark suspicions were unwarranted. But we already saw in summer of 2003 how Karl Rove was willing to damage the CIA for petty political gain by leaking to the press the fact that Ambassador Joe Wilson's wife worked for that agency. That Rove would have been eager to use the terror issue to blunt the impact of the Democratic National Convention is all too plausible. If he did so, he may well have gotten people killed.

5. What or who is it the neocons are protecting?
What is the motive behind this treacherous activity on our gov's part?

It can't be just politics - something else is in play for which all these people labor to keep hidden from the world.

Maybe if Congress' committee to investigate pre-war intel had done any investigating at all, the motive might be revealed? We are not getting our money's worth outta our members of congress - they don't seem to represent anyone other than big donors with big gov contracts. damn it
