According to a well-known right-wing TV and radio host, someone counted the times Mr. Bush said the word "pandemic". If repetition is effective, America should be shitting their britches about now. What the hell are they trying to do to the America people? How is it possible to use that word seventy times in a speech unless someone is trying to spread fear and panic? And why would they want people to be fearful and panicky?
