Did you just hear Dan Abrams say that Eliot Abrams is his cousin?

No wonder he rarely discusses the ethical and legal problems in Bush's WH on his show. He's been one of those talkers who concentrates on Michael Jackson and Natalee Holloway, now. But he used to go after the legal problems in Clinton's WH all the time.

No wonder that when he does mention any issue regarding Dems he says it with a sneer.

2. really?
I had never heard that!

One more incestuous connection to watch. And, in case anyone doesn't know it, Floyd Abrams, lawyer to Judith Miller, is Dan's father, of course.

14. It's his son's bias that I question. He's the one with the show.
Every now and then he waves one for our side, but not nearly as often as he does for GE and BushInc.

7. Don't be dissing Floyd Abrams - he's THE First Amendment lawyer.
According to Wikipedia, "he argued the Pentagon Papers case before the Supreme Court and went on to defend numerous other clients, including defending the Brooklyn Museum of Art from Rudolph Giuliani, NBC from Wayne Newton, and Al Franken from a trademark lawsuit from FOX News Channel." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floyd_Abrams

9. Tight little group. Who said there was upward mobility in America?
It sounds like it's a selective country club up there and they're going to make sure it stays that way.

12. By Jove, I think you've got it!
There is an elite, consider the fact that the nominees for President in the last election attended the same elite schools and were members of the same fraternity (or whatever S&B is).

Was it entirely coincidental that both men could trace their lineage back to British nobility?

5. Yes, I heard it
It was in the context of discussing presidential pardons with his guests. He mentioned how E.A. was pardoned for involvement in Iran-Contra.

So it was no small wonder that Dan Abrams would get sucked in so quickly to the dark side.

I really used to consider him fairly objective when he first came on the scene. Once he got his own show, his bias was definitely proving to be towards the right.

15. Sounds about right.
Dan seems to lean a bit more towards his cousin's side, but then, that could also be the influence of his employer - GE.
