Lawrence Wilkerson on C-Span
I just watched Colin Powell's former staffer Lawrence Wilkerson on C-Span (rebroadcast from Thursday).

He said that Cheny and Rumsfeld have made terrible decisions concerning starting a war with too few troops, allowing corruption in contracts for reconstruction, lack of a plan for post-war Iraq, and the "near torture" or "torture" of prisoners.

However, he doesn't believe that George W. Bush made these decisions and he voted for Bush twice.

If Bush is ignorant, isn't that a reason to vote against him?

If Bush makes terrible appointments, isn't that a reason to vote against him?

Assuming that the Bush Administration would be decent if Bush had chosen a wonderful vice-president and a wonderful Secretretary of Defense, he didn't.

Does Larry Wilkerson believe that Gore or Kerry would have appointed anyone like Cheney or Rumsfeld, or that Gore or Kerry would be ignorant of major decisions in his admnistration?
