FITZ list of those who testified
http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/?q=node/3824

The F List
From today's Hotline:

Here's a list of folks who have either testified or have been interviewed by Patrick Fitzgerald (or by FBI agents) in connection with the Plame probe. Please send us omissions and additions and expansions. Anonymity is guaranteed. To repeat: the list below is of those who have been interviewed by officials in connection with the case. Inclusion does not necessarily indicate that the listed person has testified under oath.

People on this list I didn't know about. (Some I've never even HEARD of!)

1. SEN. PAT ROBERTS, ORRIN HATCH. They cooked the Senate Intel Report
Edited on Thu Oct-20-05 08:07 AM by blm
to clain that Wilson lied. SUBPOENA THEIR PHONE RECORDS AND Emails.

They PLANTED their conclusions with NO EVIDENCE and every GOP operative has been promoting those lies from the report.

Did they do it for Rove or Cheney?

3. I don't think that assertion was part of the official report.
I think that was part of a Republican-only statement, which had consensus from none of the Democrats like the report its self did.

4. True. But an ADDENDUM to the report is still part of the official document
and submitting an official document with information that is KNOWN to be false is a crime of office.

6. I'll buy that.
My point is, the addendum did not have any Democratic consensus, and the main part of the report did. This is an important distinction to remember when Republicans claim that Wilson's claims were refuted by the bipartisan report. There was nothing bipartisan about the addendum.

7. More specifically, only THREE Repubs even signed that addendum.
Roberts, Hatch and Blount. Bush's designated cleanup crew.

8. yeah - I've wondered who that is, too
I know the story - it's evidently a friend of Wilson's - who bumped into Novak on the street and basically Novak told him what was going on - and that person told Wilson.

The impression is that it was a "stranger to Novak" - which doesn't make sense - because why the hell would Novak spill his guts to a STRANGER?

Curiouser and curiouser, eh?
