Hey, Let's Stop Worrying About Kerry So Much
I know the stakes couldn't be higher, and I worry, too.

But things are looking worse for Bush everyday. The facade is crumbling. A large segment of former Bush supporters are waking up. How could they not? The administration is in fact a "miserable failure" on all fronts.

Kerry's a solid, likable, and, yes, electable guy in my humble estimation.

No matter who gets the nomination, the legions of Americans who are disgusted with Bush will rally behind that candidate.

Things are getting better for us! Let's go get those Bush bastards!!

1. As a Clark supporter, I would gladly take John Kerry as the 44th...
President. He is my number two choice. I am still working for Clark at this point.

2. Don't like him, but I think the country and the establishment
will see some glamor returning to the White House after the Texas Taco Crowd and the Garden Gnome's regime.

Sally Quinn and Ben Bradlee can start up the "Party Machine" in Washington which has been out of business for over a decade and with all that money Theresa and JFK will be "In Vogue." All that money is what America is about. McMansions and Coruption from the top down rule and this will be considered "Great for America." Plus you get a STRONG DEFENSE candidate who sounds more and more like his hero JFK every day.

I even heard a little of MLK in his speech this a.m. I have a Dream, I have a Dream....I have a Dream.......Perfect......

What more could we ask for?

7. I was being "extremely" tongue in cheek. Doesn't work for me, but others

will see it that way. That's how I see Kerry playing. He's an easy replacement for Chimp. What else he will do besides entertain, ride his Harley, attend hockey games and have state dinners is up to him. He's said to have such a Liberal Voting Record, one assumes he will get around to what's wrong with the country at some point.

3. I don't care if people worry about him, I just want him to stop getting
Attacked so much around here.

I've been holding my tongue quite politely the past few days and I feel I'm about ready to erupt with a flood of negative attacks on certain candidates here.

I hope nobody pushes me over the edge. Cause I'm RIGHT there right now.

5. *Pokes Magic Rat with pointy stick*
To see if you'll freak.

;)

I know how you feel, but think about it this way: you could be being bashed and have lost. Your guy is in the drivers seat, log off DU and enjoy that reality.

And as a Clarkie, I'll just say; better here than in the national media...

8. Ignore is a beautiful thing
I have no idea how much I'm missing and don't care. All that's coming here is what we're going to have to fight in the GE. Dean people had to go through alot of silliness too. The silliness gets mixed up with the real issues. I just decided I'd rather fight for real liberalism than another compromising centrist. Use this time to change your energy, build that gut determination and strength, fine tune your arguments. That's what we're going to have to do to win in November. IMHO.
